Shipping
We use a third-party service for all of our printing needs. When you place an order, it is passed to us and payment is verified, then daily, we make an order from our service. Most products are ready to ship within 5-7 days, but sometimes we do not have control of a product and we will let you know as soon as possible when that happens so you can plan accordingly.
We only ship to addresses in the continental United States.
Returns
All products are unique and created when ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind after printing has started. However, we want you to be happy with your order so drop us a line and we’ll see if we can work that out.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund, if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Just email [email protected].
