Francine Ly for Congress Birthday Bash

My name is Francine Ly, and I am running to represent Texas 24th Congressional District in 2024. I believe in the people in this District. I believe in an America where we build great things and shatter glass ceilings that seek to contain us. I am running to make sure that the people in Congressional District 24 have a voice and that our values are represented in D.C.

As a first-generation Asian-American, former child refugee, proud mother of 4, and a dedicated civil servant for over 20 years- the same fires that forged the Constitution are now calling upon us to answer the call to fight for the Freedom of our nation.

As a child refugee who didn’t learn my ABCs until the age of 9, I understand that every day is a blessing. This birthday, we are not only celebrating another year, we are celebrating the opportunity to fight for our communities, our state, and our nation.
